About Us
Currently, we are only offering private and semi-private classes. Bostock's is the oldest and most respected martial arts school in Bradenton.
We are a family owned and operated martial arts school. We offer a variety of programs for children and adults.
Our children's programs include martial arts and circus arts programs, day camps. spring break camps, winter break camps, and summer camps.
We offer classes in Tae Kwon Do, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Circus Arts Classes, Aerial Yoga, Self Defense and other martial arts fitness classes!

Jack Bostock Sr
7th degree Black Belt Taekwondo, Black Belt Shotokan Karate, Black Belt Hapkido, Purple Belt Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Trained at Yong In University, Korea.
Tested at Kukkiwon, Korea in 2000.
World Taekwondo Federation Certified.
Inducted into the USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame 2007.
World TaeKwondo instructor certified since 1999.
Children's Jiu-Jitsu instructor certified since 2009.
Born and raised in the circus (8 generations)
Jack Bostock Sr. performed in Ringling Bros and various circuses as a high wire performer and also as a
Horseback Trick Rider somersaulting from horse to horse. At the age of twelve the young Jack discovered martial arts and became obsessed with learning all he could.
His early circus beginnings gave him an advantage as he already had acrobatic skills and flexibility.
His dream of opening his own martial arts school in Bradenton became a reality in September 1, 1994.

Darlene Williams Bostock
Our circus skills instructor, registered yoga teacher
and certified aerial yoga teacher.
8th generations, born and raised in the circus,
Darlene started performing in the circus at the age of four.
At seven, she began training and performing circus aerial acts.
Darlene has performed with numerous shows throughout
the world, Circus Vargas, LA Circus, Shrine Circuses to name a few.
Later she moved on to work as a stunt-woman
in television, feature films, and commercials.
Besides her circus and aerial skills, she has worked with some
of Hollywood's finest stunt-men and directors including Tim Burton, Michael Mann, Ang Lee, Ron Howard, to name a few. Darlene helped train the young and adult actors for the aerial wire work stunts in The Cat in the Hat and was one of the circus advisers to Big Fish. Darlene completed 67 episodes as Pamela Anderson's stunt double and trained Reese Witherspoon for her circus performance in Water for Elephants. She is a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and also served on the Academy's very first Stunt Peer Group Executive Committee.
She is a former board member of the Stuntwomen's Foundation (charity) and is one of the founding members of V10 Women Stunt Professionals, an elite organization of professional stunt women.
